Savespace is a technology company that provides business optimization solutions through software deployment. We were hired to draft a company profile and a business plan. After 2months of software development research, we successfully condensed our findings and projections into a simplified 44-page business plan, which went on to gain an excellent rating from our client.

Our objective included conducting Industry research, feasibility study, profitability analysis, financial forecasting and a design company profile

Task

Our main goal was to carry out an industry analysis of the local software industry, determine survivability index and financial analysis. We concluded by also designing a corporate profile document for pitches and introductions
